I am a Master’s student in Applied Psychology at Sichuan University, working under the supervision of Professor Dr. Liu. My research interest lies in developmental psychology, with a particular focus on how early life experiences shape personality development, behavior, and ethical decision-making in adulthood, especially within organizational settings. Currently, I am involved in the Multi-wave Survey on Unethical Pro-Organizational Behavior (UPB), linking developmental psychology with UPB to understand how early experiences influence ethical decision-making in adulthood. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Government College University Faisalabad, Pakistan in 2022. Alongside my academic work, I serve as a coordinator at the Institute of Psychological Wellbeing and Research Center, Skardu, where I contribute to mental health initiatives and student support programs. I am passionate about integrating psychological theory with practice to promote well-being and create a positive social impact.
